Metal arts are laser cut from 2mm thickness steel, hand polished and powder coated with matte black finish.

All our wall arts includes elevation screws which lifts it 1.5cm / 0.6"inch away from the wall to get that 3D feeling and hanging attachment on the back for easy mounting.

Each product is safely packed and shipped to you with standard delivery.

Shipping

Please avoid using a P.O. Box address during checkout, as the item is large and cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box due to postal restrictions.

Normal orders will be delivered within 1-4 Working days from our warehouse and custom orders will be delivered within 1-4 Working days via Australia Post after design confirmed.

Your tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days of your order being placed. Please note that there may be a delay in updates from your tracking number. Some packages are being delivered even after having no tracking whatsoever. This is not on our end, it is due to the shipping carrier, so please keep this in mind when tracking your parcel.

Poor customer support

I ordered from your website on the 28th Feb.

11th March I hear nothing from your. Not a confirmation order. Not an update nothing.
I have to email you to find out what the status is on my order.

I get a response which states it’s in production faze which takes a further 3-4 days.

I email on the 21st March and i still dont even have an email for any updates.

How difficult is it to keep your customers up to date on orders and why am I the one chasing you.

A simple confirmation email at the very beginning to give me an estimate of time of how long this whole process will take would have avoid this.

My issue is that I order from you one month early in preparation for a birthday. One month early. This obviously wasn’t enough time as the birthday is next week and now I will be showing up empty handed.

22nd March I go back and forth with your customer service staff member who says that the parcel is in the delivery phase and should be delivered in the next 3-4 days. They tell me I can search uses a tracking number but don’t send any link information on how I can track the Parcel. I have to email again to find out what courier and where my parcel is. Going on almost 4 weeks and I still don’t have my parcel.

26th March and I final get an email from your courier who said that they have just picked up my order from your sender. So someone’s lying, my order has been deliberately delayed and I have been lied to by your customer service staff. Clearly my order has been sitting around for weeks and was never processed.

I look forward to hearing from you as its take one month to order this parcel and again showing up empty handed to a birthday. Cheers.
